• Name (optional)
• Phone number and/or email address
• Birthday (optional, for rewards purposes)
• Point balance and transaction history at the given merchant

Purpose of processing

The data is used solely to operate the loyalty program (collecting points, redeeming rewards, sending reminders); it is processed by the given merchant and the platform operator.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your stored data, or its permanent deletion, at any time. To do so, open your own QR-code card and use the "Download my data" or "Delete my account" button there.

Data retention

The data is retained for as long as the customer is an active member of the loyalty program, or until deletion is requested.
